Service Provision
Mind in Barnet in partnership with the Community Network offers an Older Persons Service as follows:-

• 1 dedicated day a week to mental health group work as part of the Network Programme: Monday's at Dove House.
• A service for those of pensionable age suffering from functional mental health problems whose specific needs may not be best met by existing older person's day care.
• Up to a maximum of 25 places for older people on 1 day a week basis.
• All clients to have a named keyworker.
• Appropriate mechanisms for monitoring service quality in place, for all groups to be evaluated regularly by staff and clients.
• A robust mechanism of communication in place within Day Services, both for the staff team and with clients.
• Regular liason with all other mental health day service providers, as an integral part of the fully integrated Barnet mental health day service provision.

Libra Club - Social Club

Sunday - 3pm to 6pm
at Schoolway

Tea cake and sandwiches, make friends or just come for a chat.

Electra Club - Social Club

Friday - 7pm to 10pm
at Schoolway

A relaxed, enjoyable, fun casual evening out, with refreshments.

One to One Counselling Service

Schoolway:

Monday to Thursday - 9am to 8.30pm
Friday - 9am to 4pm

Dove House:

Monday, Tuesday and Friday - 9am to 4pm

Wednesday - 9am to 8.30pm

A confidential counselling service to give clients the opportunity to explore,
discover and clarify ways of living more satisfactorily.
