Welcome to Mind in Barnet

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

Following on from the advice issued by the government on March 16th in relation to COVID-19, the decision has been taken by Mind in Barnet to change the way we are providing services to the public. We have decided to suspend face to face services but are putting in place measures to ensure that we continue to provide support through remote working. It’s early days but we are in contact with existing clients, and very soon we’ll be reaching out to the people of Barnet to find new ways to support your mental health.

If you are an existing client of any Mind in Barnet service, someone will be in touch with you shortly to provide further information.

If you are in a mental health crisis, please do one of the following:

  • Call the Barnet Wellbeing Service on 03333 449 088
  • Visit the Royal Free Hospital at Barnet Hospital (open 24 hours)
  • Call the Samaritans on 0116 123

You may be worried about COVID-19 (also known as the coronavirus) and how it might affect your life. This may be a difficult or stressful time for you at present, it’s important to be mindful of your mental health.

For further information and guidance on your wellbeing in relation to the coronavirus, please visit: https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/coronavirus-and-your-wellbeing/

As an organisation, we are still working to determine how best to continue delivering our services. We will continue to provide further information on this, and some of our phone lines will remain open for any general queries.
We thank you for your patience at this time.
