We know that finding work when you have a mental health problem can be a challenge.
Our Peer Support Employment Groups in West London are an employment project for local people with common mental health problems, such as anxiety or depression, who are looking for work.
We know other services can help you find work, but they don’t always understand the challenges of returning to work when you have a mental health problem. For example, you might feel nervous about where to start looking for job, or what to do in an interview.
We are here to give practical one-to-one support, as well as introducing you to other people with similar experiences, to give you the support you need on your journey back to work.
We can offer you support with:
- Writing your CV
- Job searching
- Confidence building
- Interview skills
- Gaining new skills
- Getting into training
- Help from people in a similar situation
- Wellness management
- In-work support for up to six months
